The following assessment represents the number of light units as established by TXU Electric for
Deer Run:
9 lights @ $293.40 per light = $2640.60
Prior to the final acceptance of this project, a check ia the amount of $2640.60 should be made
payable to the City of Coppell and forwarded to Jennifer Armstrong, Finance Director, along with a
copy of the street light fee assessment list.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our office so that we will be able to verify payment of
the required fees and assure a successful completion of this project. :

1. City or Developer agrees to pay Comptmy. K]Kg.q~K~ in consideration of Company's agreement to install said street
lights and understands that no construction work will begin until after company has received full payment.
2. Company agrees to install, own, operate and maintain said street lights in accordance with its street lighting agreement with
customer. However, if City or Developer fails to pay, on demand, the amount indicated above, this supplemental agreemmt
is automatically terminatecL
All parties agree that Company will retain for its use and benefit the payment received hereunder in consideration of its
obligation to install said street lights and that company at all times has tide to, and complete ownership and control o~ said

4. Company is not liable for lorn on injury caused by delay or failure to install the electric facilifim necemary to serv~ customer
becau~ of delay in receiving shipments of r~luir~d material, orders or formal request of governmental age. ncies, acts o! God
or the public enemy, in~vitabk acciden~ ifa'e, explosions, ~rikes, rio~ war, or any other caused reasonably beyond control
of Company. If company ia prevented t~m installing such ei~tri¢ facilities by any of tbe almve cause-~, company agrees to
return to City or Developer, without interest, the enth~ amount of City or Developer's payment, thereby terminating this
mpplement and company'-~ obligation to provide th~ eiectri¢ facilitie~ described herein.
