Enclosed are the following items:
A. Two (2) executed originals of the off-site easement document from ARC's Oak Park Mobil Home
Community, which is west of Deer Run.
B. Two (2) executed originals of the off-site drainage easement document from Michael D. Heatley,
which is west of Deer Run.
Please have the ARC documents executed and have the easements for both properties recorded with Dallas
County as soon as possible. We will be starting construction in the near future. We will be glad to the
easements to Dallas County for recording. Please let us know if you need us to do this for you.
