in ~nneetion with conditions) shall constitute a misdemeanor. Any ~r~on who violnt~
this ordinnnee or f~ils to comply with any of it~ requirements sba11 ~p~ conviction

SECTION 3.4 ABROGATION AND GREATER I1F~STRICTIONS.
This ordinance is not intended to repeal, abrogate, or impair any existln~
easements., covenants or deed restrictions, floweret, where this ordinance a~,d other
ordinance, easement, covenant or riced restriction co~rlJet or overlap, whichever imposes
the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
SECTION 3.5 INTERPRETATION.
In the interpretation nnd application of this erdinnnee, all provisions shall be:
Considered ns minim.m recluiremcnts;
Liberally constrned in favor of the ~'overning body; and,
Deemed neither to limit nor repeal any other powers granted under State
