~ 3. We would like to ask for a variance for the median opening on Bethel
~ Road. The subdivision ordinance requires a &20' minl~u~ distance
~ from the intersection. We .are requesting a variance to 265' from
Denton Tap-Road. IJe feel that this will be safer for the residents
of the subdivision, since there won't be a ~edian cut for the Gene-
.[.-. ral Retail site north of Bethel~ltoad.

2. For General Retail:
Use 50% of usable acreage for building area
Use 100 SF per person
