Keith,
As road construction moves forward and we begin construction of our house, I have received some fencing
quotes for a comparable 8 ft board on board fence with steel poles for the portion of our property along Sandy
Lake Rd. and they have all come in at $35/linear foot, with an additional $5 per LF for stain, meaning the the
bid from Tiseo is extremely high and not comparable with fencing companies in the area. Please let us know
how we should proceed to either pull the money out of the contract so that we can pay for it ourselves or to get a
competitive bid from Tiseo.

See below from our street contractor. We had $18,876.00 in our contract to remove and relocate the pipe rail fence. They have billed us for $1,872 for the removal of
the fence, leaving $17,004 for the new fence. At the $47.50/LF quoted below, we could fund approximately 360 linear feet of wood privacy fence.
Please review these numbers, and let me know your thoughts.

The price to install the wood privacy fence as described below is $47.50 per LF, this price does not include stain.
We can stain both sides for an additional $7.00 per LF.
If required gates will be priced separately.
