I have sent the information as well as the issue, that the city "paid" for the sandy lake easement of shadydale, but does not feel they need to do the same with oak trail... maybe you can answer that question? I have forward to my attorney.. STAY OUT OF MY YARD....DO YOU HEAR ME? STAY OFF OF MY PROPERTY. Any damage to your irrigation will be restored at the contractor’s expense prior to completion of the project. Portions of your driveway have been removed to facilitate construction of the replacement drive we discussed, and as shown on the plans. The portion of the driveway removed on Oak Trail is within city right of way. New concrete will begin going in next week, and as the road nears completion restoration of the areas behind the new curb will take place. All items damaged during this process will be restored, whether they belong to homeowners, the city, or franchise utility companies. There is no easement agreement from the former owner concerning this driveway, but I have included the subdivision plat showing the 60 foot right of way as platted in 1959. Thank you for your patience during this challenging project. I believe we will all be satisfied with the final results. When is the system as promised going to be moved into 101 property? When they take up the cement on the 101 sandy lake access drive, and the sidewalk, they will again flood with city water from my meter, and the entire system will need to stay down. Metal tubes have also been thrown, hitting other heads. The verizon boxes (both) are haphazard at best. 101 TRESPASS 101 Trespass is again happening from high school students, as no frontage barriers have been placed in construction in the front of oak trail property. The barrier along sandy lake - i paid for...not the construction crew, ask walter. _____________________ REMOVAL OF DRIVE WAY, WHICH WAS CAPITAL INVESTMENT UNDER CITY PERMIT OF 101 OAK TRAIL Promised drive replacement of 101 Oak Trail....???? Now, the construction people have "taken" 101 PRIVATE drive, instead of the envisioned cement REPLACEMENT OF DRIVE, THE 101 DRIVE HAS BEEN REMOVED FOR THE BENEFIT OF A TWO LANE WIDENING OF OAK TRAIL. THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU HAVE REPEATEDLY SHOWED IN PLANS AND DISCUSSION... _______________________ UNDER FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT - PLEASE SEND ME THE EASEMENT AGREEMENT FROM FORMER OWNERS WHICH ALLOWS REMOVAL OF 101 CAPITAL INVESTEMENT CEMENT DRIVEWAY FOR A TWO LANE WIDENING OF OAK TRAIL. 2 THE DRIVE WENT FROM THE PROPERTY THROUGH THE EASEMENT, UP TO THE ASPHALT OF OAK TRAIL, TO JOG THE MEMORY _______________________ THANK YOU, Christina Lawson 3
