Please accept this letter requesting written authorization which will
permit our client, Thompson Management Company, to begin grading of the
referenced subdiv, ision. Indications were given at a previous City Council
meeting that would allow grading to begin at this site prior to final plat
approval.
We would appreciate your consideration of this matter, as. the owner
desires to commence with the grading of the tract as soon as possible.
