The City would like to move forward with this proposal. In order to best match the height of the homeowner's existing
fence, we will go with the 8' fence.
The home owner's name is Christina Lawson. She has indicated they do have a dog in the back, so please be aware of
that. She has also requested that you not use their side gate to access the yard as it is unstable and she is concerned
that it may inadvertently be left open. Should you wish to contact her directly, her phone number is 214-632-6708.
The property corners are marked out there, and I am attaching a survey of the land the city acquired for the road
widening. Should you need any assistance in locating the new property line, we can use our survey equipment to assist
you.
When you have a set schedule for beginning this work, please let me know so I can notify the homeowner.

Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra cost will be executed only upon
written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above this proposal.
Property owner is solely responsible for locating and staking fence lines. Any rock or fill encountered while
digging post holes requiring additional man hours to set post will be billed on the basis of $10.00 per hole.
Purchaser hereby agrees that Alpine Fence Company Inc. will not be held responsible or liable for any
damage of any nature to any pipes wires conduits sprinkler systems pool equipment or any other obstruction
Acceptance:
The above proposal when accepted by Alpine Fence Company becomes a contract between
two parties and is not subject to cancellation. Unless accepted within 15 days the above prices are subject to
change. Payment is required immediately upon completion of construction. Unpaid balances will draw interest
of 1%per month and void all warranties. Should collection efforts be required Alpine Fence Inc. will be
entitled to collect reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
