Creekview Add PD-CS 870915- CONiULTING ENGINEERS, INC. September 15, 1987 Ms. Taryon Paster Bowman Planning and Zoning Coordinator City of Coppell 255 Parkway Blvd. Coppell, Texas 75019 Re: Sanitary Sewer Easement NDH No.: 87-6-62 Dear Ms. Bowman: As we have previously discussed, the City of Coppell presently occupies land outside of its recorded easement, with a sewer line across property presently being platted as the Creek View Addition. In order to facilitate the sewer line in its "as-is' location, we have written a sanitary sewer easement description on the Creek View Property, that would be granted as a new easement for the existing sewer line. Concurrent with granting of a new easement, the old or existing easement that the City holds must be abandoned, and a description of the abandonment has been drafted as well. The new filing and the abandonment should be handled simultaneously, and we would request that your office prepare an instrument for filing and abandonment that would be executed by both Mr. Thompson and the City of Coppell. If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call. Sincerely, NATHAN D. NAIF& CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC.
