The City indicated that you suggested they use DFIRM data for map revision efforts – which I agree with. The City was also under the impression that no new modeling was done for MapMod, and that the latest models are from the Master Plan (Halff) efforts in the 90’s and a subsequent LOMR for Parkway Blvd. Do you have any information as to what hydraulic model the DFIRM data is based on? Most notably, Parkway Blvd. and Denton Tap Rd. are not in the FEMA model, and the floodway encroachments don’t match the preliminary maps. Any information you can provide would be much appreciated.
