The following information pertains to the overhead electrical guy wires and anchors near the southwest corner of
the Petterson Addition. Brain Maddox, RPLS provided our office with information regarding the location of guy
wire anchors, overhead electrical lines, and utility poles. This information in the attached exhibit shows the guy
wire anchors are in the proposed location of the access to the Petterson Addition. The current location of the guy
wires and associated anchors conflict with access approved by the City of Coppell Planning and Zoning.
