A possible conflict I see would be the section highlighted in the attached PDF. I’m concerned
they may not be low enough through here to be safely beneath the barrier free ramps, and then
out of the way of the wall footing. They really need to be down in the 496 range when they pass
underneath the wall.
Everything else appears to be OK upon quick inspection.

Attached is an updated drawing for the Atmos Permit. We have incorporated the new walls and
the additional drainage in the area. Please review the attached drawing and let me know if the
city approves. Once we have an approve on the drawings I will send the contractor up to sign for
the permits and update the start and completion dates.

Gentlemen,
I wanted to touch base and give you a status report on West Sandy Lake Road. We are currently
advertising for bids for the widening of Sandy Lake from Denton Tap to North Coppell
Road. We open bids on April 25th, and construction is anticipated to begin on or about June 1st
of this year.
I still see a lot of utility work that needs to take place in order for this project to be clear for us to
begin. Please respond to this email and let me know the status of your work on this project.
