RE: Creek View Addition, As-Built Conditions
Dear Mr. Miller:
Enclosed please find a report entitled Creek View Addition As-Built
Conditions, dated November 1992 and prepared by Mr. Erv Meyer,
P.E., of N.D. Maier Consulting Engineers, Inc. As indicated in the
report, the as-built conditions are based upon a field survey of
Grapevine Creek and two (2) of its tributaries, and contains
necessary hydraulic data and related documents.
We request that FEMA consider revision of the Flood Insurance Rate
Map (FIRM), and issuance of Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) for the
above referenced project. If you have any technical questions
regarding this submittal, please direct them to Mr. Erv Meyer, P.E.
