Below is a summary of the depths you are requesting:
The flow line for the proposed storm drain will be at 488.16, correlating to an approximate depth of 3.5’ +/- below
existing ground.
I have attached the City’s record drawings for the 24” water line in this area.
The gas line shown in your plans is existing and was not included in the Atmos relocation plans for this project. I do not
have detailed plans showing the depth of this line. You will have to contact Atmos for exact location/depth of this line.
There is another gas line crossing S. Coppell Rd. further north that was installed with the relocations. I have attached the
sheets pertaining to this area. Because Teague Nall and Perkins was not involved with the design or construction of the
line, you will need to verify with Atmos the actual elevation that it was installed at.
