Dear Ms. Daneshmand,
This letter is proxqded to inform you that Nathan D. Maier Consulting Engineers, Inc. (NDMCE) is in the
process of preparing a submittal for a final Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) for the Creek View Estates
project. This project has been issued a FEMA project Case No. 88-06-37R and was issued a conditional
LOMR on July 1, 1988. The project is located along the south bank of Grapevine Creek immediately to the
east of Denton Tap Road. It is our understanding that FEMA is in the process of revising the City of Coppell
floodplain maps in this area. We anticipate having a submittal completed in the next 30 to 60 days for this
reclamation project. The property has been filled above the FEMA 100-year floodplain and compaction
records have been obtained for the fill placement.
We expected to have completed the submittal for delivery to you this month, however the inclement weather
has delayed the collection of final field survey data. I have included bluelines of our initial survey data for your
inforamtion. This survey data needs to be completed for the final submission. Due to the timing of this
submittal, we would hope that FEMA would wait for the final map revisions on Grapevine Creek to include
this project.
