The city construction has seized cement driveway capital improvements (verbally saying they would replace them) and land without written authorization-claiming "easement". This seizure had nothing to do with the city "purchase" of sandy lake road easement. The 101 Oak Trail drive cannot be replaced, as the city is seizing the land for widening the corner of Oak Trail.... Please expedite this request.
