Under Texas & Federal Law of Freedom of Information, please forward the easement agreement on 101 Oak
Trail, Coppell, Texas 75019, Shadydale Acres. The date should be in the 50's or 60's as the property was
plat. This is not an HOA.
If this may be expedited, please call me at 214-632-6708 to pick up.
The city construction has seized cement driveway capital improvements (verbally saying they would replace
them) and land without written authorization-claiming "easement". This seizure had nothing to do with the
city "purchase" of sandy lake road easement. The 101 Oak Trail drive cannot be replaced, as the city is seizing
the land for widening the corner of Oak Trail....
Please expedite this request.
