Inlet Modifications
Dear Mr. Dowdey:
We are returning-three [3) sets of construction plans for the Creekview
Estates, Lot 66, Block B, inlet modifications. These plans have been
stamped "Approved for Construction." Please notify Larry Davis, City of
Coppell Construction Inspector, at least 72 hours prior to beginning work
on this project.
In addition, please provide our office with a copy of either your
construction estimate or construction contract so that we can calculate
the construction inspection fee for this project. The construction
inspection fee is based upon 2% of the construction cost. Please note
that all fees must be paid prior to commencing work.
