In reference to the above mentioned fencing, copies of consent
forms from the homeowners are enclosed with this letter. If for
some reason in the future a homeowner did not properly maintain
their fence, CreekView Homeowners Association would then maintain
or repair the fence.

drainage easement.
We understand that Creekview Estates Limited Partnership is
paying for the fence and its installation. We further understand
that all future maintenance and liabilities associated with the
fence will be our responsibility.
Thompson Interests and its employees are hereby authorized to
trespass on our property for the p~Arposes of planning and
