Larry Jackson is awaiting more documentation that he requested from
the applicant. I have prepared an agenda request sheet for the
12/12/89 City Council meeting.
As soon as the applicant submits the documentation to Larry Jackson
and Larry develops the appropriate ordinance, it can be attached
with the agenda requests sheets for Council consideration. Also
the applicant was requested to provide 15 copies of this easement
for overhead purposes (Monday or Tuesday).
The applicant has faxed Larry the information. If it is a go, then
the next tickler date is Wednesday, December 27, 1989. If not,
then the next checkpoint tickler would be on N~nday, December 27,
1989, in preparing the item for the 1/9/89 City Council meeting.

Dear Mr. Doyle:
Per our telephone conversations, I am providing you with the requested data needed to finalize the
floodplain easement amendment at the Creek View Addition. These data Include the following:
1. Two legal descriptions for the abandonment of the two existing drainage easements
along Tributary #2.
2. Two legal descriptions for replacement drainage easements to be adopted.
3. Copy of the original Final Plat which shows the drainage eesemen~ that are being
abandoned.
4. Drawing of the new easement to be adopted.
Once the original easements are abandoned and the new essement~ are adopted, we will file .a Sur-
veyor'a Certificate of Correction with the county for the Final Plat. This ~ertJllm~e will be aoco~npanled
by the new legal de~:ription and the drawing of the new easement (item ~4). We will provide the City
of Coppell with a copy of this certification when it is filed with the county.
