Notice:
This letter is to inform you of an item that will be placed on the
December 12, 1989 City Council agenda regarding your creek drainage
and how it has or has not been affected by the recent earth movememt
work in the Creekview subdivision behind your homes. The council has
asked that city staff research the situation, and determine the possible
impact there has been on the creek. The City Council meeting will begin
at 7:00 p.m. It is expected to be a very detailed agenda, being that it
is the only council meeting during the December holiday season. However,
the items should move in an expedient manner.
We look forward to hearing the report from city staff, and we also
encourage your attendance if you so desire at the meeting.
