Cracks- 2nd, 3rd, and 4th panels 9. Crack- 240 Bethel - rout and seal 10. Crack in front of 259 Penuel- curb to curb rout and seal 11. Crack in curb 249 Penuel- rout and seal © Page 2 of 2 12.
