RE~ End of Maintenance Bond Walk Thru Punch List
for Creekview Estates
I have assigned field personnel to perfom a final end of
maintenance bond walk thru on the above reference project. Below
I have listed items that have been found to be deficient.
Location Description
1. 24 + 9.79 Clean Out is Not Plugged
2. Lot 39/Penue1 Drive Main Line Valve Needs to be Reset
3. All Manholes Need to be Grouted on the inside of the ring.
Please make sure these items are addressed prior to end of
maintenance bond.
