The one year maintenance bond is up for this project on 10/28/89.
The following are punch list items noted at this time.
1. Rout and seal crack at 5th panel median eastbound side curb
and gutter
2. Concrete pavers sunk at the nose of the second median
5. Rout and seal crack in the curb and gutter in the 2nd median
onto the 5rd panel
4. Concrete paver cave in 2nd median~ tremendously big hole
underneath road
5. Broken curb east of 1st street south side
&. Curb cracked southeast of 1st circlet beside fire hydrant-
rout and seal
7. Crack parallel to expansion joint at 229 Bethel- rout and
seal
8.Cracks- 2nd. 5rd. and 4th panels
Crack- 240 Bethel- rout and seal
lO. Crack in front of 259 Penuel- curb to curb rout and seal
