August 25, 1989 TO: Larry Davis, Construction Inspector FROM: Howard Pafford, Water Superintendent RE: Walk Through of Creekview North/Punch List This morning Ted Dutt performed a walk through at the above referenced location. Below I have listed the items found to be deficient during that walk through. Punch List Items: 1. Fire hydrant leaks when under pressure (top section). 2. Need to paint caps on Fire hydrant. 3. Need to grout inside the cone of the manhole. 4. The Fire hydrant marker (blue reflector button) needs to be placed in the street. Please insure that all these items are addressed and verified by Water Utilities personnel prior to acceptance of this project. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please advise.
