Field Change No. 3
Dear Mr. Davis:
We are enclosing two copies each of Field Change No. 3 to the City' s contract with North Texas Municipal
Construction Co., for the construction of the Village Parkway Pump Station Additions project. This field
change provides for eight brackets across the opening in the platform for the motor control center.
Our structural engineer has confirmed that each welded bracket can support at least 3,000 pounds. The total
weight of the motor control center is listed to be 3,400 pounds. If the welds are properly coated with the cold
zinc compound recommendation we provided to the contractor, we anticipate no long term problems with this
field modification.
