RE: CONSTRUCTI INSPECTOR CONTROL
This is as I notified your offices Thursday, May 25, 1989
regarding creek erosion and "possible" illegal fills in
the flood plain/floodways. Attached is a location map
and other information.
Mr. Klauss of 133 Meadowcreek had notified (me) previously
(See Attached) about creekbank erosion which was somewhat
minor then but the last rains took out "five (5) feet"
of his property and there has been "supposedly" 4-5 foot
of fill placed in the creek by the Creekview additions
development located down stream (at the bend) from Mr.
Klaus's lot.
I have notified Peter Staks of Nathan D. Maier the engineers
of record.
Mr. Klaus also indicated that the floodplan stakes have
been up-rooted and are not being adhered to. Your earnest
interest and communication to the permitee on this matter
will be helpful.
