Below is our concurrence from USFWS Biologist (Sean Edwards). As you will see, he gave us a “no effect”.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance on this project or any projects in the future.

Mr. Jones,
We have received and reviewed Jones & Ridenour, Inc.'s July 16, 2013, letter and maps regarding the Freeport
PKWY and Sandy Lake Road crossings of Cottonwood Branch planned for construction in the City of Coppell,
Dallas County, Texas. Upon review of these materials and our own information, we believe that Jones &
Riddenour's determination of "no effect" to federally listed species is sound and well supported. This
is primarily due to an apparent lack of suitable habitat for the listed species of Dallas County as well as the
presence of ongoing human disturbance in the vicinity For these reasons, we have no recommendations or
comments to offer. Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this process. Please contact me if I may be
of further assistance.
Kind Regards,
Sean Edwards

As stated in the above attached, we are seeking USFWS concurrence regarding endangered species for a FEMA
CLOMR on two proposed roadway crossings of Cottonwood Branch in Coppell, Texas. My business partner
Doug Ridenour indicated you previously conveyed E-mailed information is satisfactory. We can run you a hard
copy by if you prefer.
Please feel free to call or E-mail with any questions or concerns.
