Jones Subject: Re: Coppell, Texas ESA Concurrence for CLOMR Mr. Jones, We have received and reviewed Jones & Ridenour, Inc.'s July 16, 2013, letter and maps regarding the Freeport PKWY and Sandy Lake Road crossings of Cottonwood Branch planned for construction in the City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas. Upon review of these materials and our own information, we believe that Jones & Riddenour's determination of "no effect" to federally listed species is sound and well supported. This is primarily due to an apparent lack of suitable habitat for the listed species of Dallas County as well as the presence of ongoing human disturbance in the vicinity For these reasons, we have no recommendations or comments to offer. Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this process. Please contact me if I may be of further assistance.
