RE: FALLEN TREE SANITARY SEWER--CREEKVIEW ADDITION
As I mentioned to you on Thursday, May 25, 1989, there
is a tree resting on the sanitary sewer line that services
the Creekview Addition Subdivision. It appears that it
could have damaged the sanitary sewer line.
This matter is brought to your attention to handle per
your department, Coppell's Standard Operating Policy (SOPS)

Dear Mr. Johnson,
Attached is a copy of the design engineer's response to Mr.
Steve Morton, Chief Public Works Inspections, April 6, 1989
letter (copy attached).
As we discussed with Steve Goram, Director of Public Works
on %uesday, April 4, 1989, there appears to be some erosion
around the erosion control structure and we indicated we wou~ d
get the design engineer for the ~evelope~ to look into it and
Mr. Maier has responded by the attached letter.
While I cannot respond to the agreements between yourself and
Mr. Maier and how that relates to the subdivision plans and
maintenance bond, i am available for any additional reviews
and diso~sions.

RE: Handwritten Memorandum; Creekview Subdivision North
Russell, in regard to the two items you're requesting in your
handwritten memorandum and considering the transfer, I would offer
that according to the Public Works Inspector's review of the plans
there will be a headwall. Also the downstream erosion and the
relanion to the-snf~rcriV-f~'ion's improvements, if any, would appear
to require an Engineer's review and the comments from the Design
Engineer.
To avoid confusion and misunderstanding I would request that you
address this issue. If you wish to speak with me concerning this
