Dear Russell:
As per a telephone conversation I had with Shohre Daneshmand today concerning Creekview Estates, I
am following it up with this letter.
The filed final plat of Creek View Addition, Volume 88116, page 3069, shows minimum finished floor
elevations on the creek lots and on the lots with drainage easements in the rear. The finished floor ele-
vations shown are minimums based on either what the lot needs to be because of the 100-year water
surface elevation or the sanitary sewer serviceability.
The grading plans which were done for the subdivision are only a suggested way to grade the lots for
drainage. Since these houses will be custom built, a great effort is being made to allow each lot to be
designed as needed for the specific house, lot shape, and location.
I hope this clears up any questions you may have had concerning the finished floor elevations.
