We are in receipt of a copy of correspondence from John Karlsruher to you dated January 3, 1989,
wherein John makes recommendations regarding a median opening on Denton Tap Road. I have
discussed this with Bill Thompson, and this arrangement is acceptable to Creekview if it works for North
Lake Nursery and for the City.
Please provide us the construction drawings of this section when finalized, as it will greatly help us with
the site planning of the property.
