This letter is to inform you and the City of Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission, that the concrete sidewalks will be installed along the East Side
of Denton Tap Road at the time of the actual development of the lots.
This includes the sidewalk adjacent to the Denton Tap Bridge along the
frontage of Lot 1, Block A, Creekview Phase I I.
