bridge s~cture should have ~n ~ns~c~.

B. Sidewalks: Sidewalks shall be constructed of 2S00 psi
concrete and shall have a width of not less than ~ feet and
a minimum thickness of ~ inches. Sidewalks shall be'con-
structed fo= all lots adjoining dedicated st=sets, along
ma}o= thosoughfares whese lots do not adjoin the stseet,
acsoss powes line easements and in other aseas where pede-
stsian walkways ass necessary. Sidewalk construction may be
delayed until development of lots, but in locations not
adjacent to lots and acsoss bsidges and culverts, the side-
walk shall be constsucted with the othe~ improvements to the
subdivision. Sidewalks adjacent to screening walls shall be
S feet in width and shall generally be placed against the
cusb leaving a landscape ststp between the wall and sidewalk.
Routing to clear poles, trees or other obstacles shall be
subject to approval by the City Engines:. Sidewalks shall
be constsucted PD!_~gg$ from the p~ope~t¥ line ~ilhin the'
street os thosoughfase sight-of-way and shall extend along
the st=est fsontage including the side of comes lots and
block ends. Sidewalks along divided artesials shall be no
less than S fee~ in width. Concrete pavess shall be
incosposated into the design of sidewalks along Qzterials
according to the guidelines established in the approved
Stseetscape Plan. The plat o= construction plans shall
show the location of all psoposed sidewalks and shall state
at what stage of the pro~ect they will be constructed.
All sidewalks shall be of a design to accommodate the
handicapped. Provide ramps and curb cuts as necessary.
