TRMB is currently running low on 8(B)3 credits. TRMB will sell its 8(B)3 credits on a first come first serve basis. This means remaining credits will be applied to the next CSA received
and paid for. We have requested USACE to release more credits.
The Credit Sales Agreement (CSA) is attached for signature by the individual authorized to enter into legal contracts on behalf of the Purchaser. The transaction will be considered
complete when both parties have signed the CSA after the receipt of $24,500 payment. Please forward two signed originals of the CSA along with a check payable to Trinity River Mitigation
Bank, LP. We will then return one signed original to you and report the transaction to the USACE.

Thank you for the update. The 1.4 8(B)3 credit sale is subject to when USACE releases new 8(B)3 credit, which we anticipate to be at the end of November (hopefully). USACE is aware
of several government projects which will be affected should there be a delay. We have several clients waiting to mail signed CSA and payments, pending official USACE release. We look
forward to getting the CSA information.
