STA 0+75.61 & STA 27+73.81 – need concrete pad and marking on curb
STA 0+61.78 – vault full of water; will need to be pumped out and check for leak. 5/8”x3/4”
meter needs replaced to electronic meter (pick up at Building Inspections)
STA 0+00.00 – need valve pad. Cannot locate existing valve (16”) just north of connect. Existing
meter cans need to be to grade.
STA 0+47.06 – Need double check installed after Domestic meter.
Existing fire hydrant along Belt Line Rd. needs to be painted, concrete pad around valve and needs
a 2-1/2” fire hydrant cap for Clow hydrant.
STA 22+42.31 – fire hydrant need 2-1/2” nozzle and straightened.
ALL existing fire hydrants along Dividend Dr. need to be painted and existing valves raised to
grade with concrete pads.

STA 0+16.79 – fire meter 5/8”x3/4” inside vault need to be replaced with electronic meter (pick
up at Building Inspections)
Two existing valves under driveway approach need to be located and raised to grade.
STA 12+32.l50 – fire hydrant needs to be straightened.
