George,
I just finished reviewing my costs for the Beltline intersection project and noticed that I did not bill for the 20CY
of flowable fill that Rick had us install at a large low spot on the East side of the intersection. My cost on it is over $1,800
without overhead and markup. I know it’s my fault for missing this, but is there any means of getting this paid since the
contract is already closed?
