1. The minimum street offset from Allen Road must be 125'. A variance may be requested to
allow the proposed street layout.
2. Provide street names on all plan sheets.
3. Provide a drainage area map.
4. The existing FEMA map shows that this property is located in the 100-year floodplain. No
development will be allowed until a flood study is submitted and approved by the City and
FEMA.
