Dear Mrs. Vanhoozier:
This letter is in response to your conversations with George Marshall. To paraphrase the
conversation, discussion regarding removal of an additional tree located near the
driveway as well as removal of two trees south towards the creek, in exchange for new
oak trees to be planted once construction is complete and widening of the commercial
driveway.
The City is agreeable to all of the mentioned items. Specifically:
1) Removal of the third tree by the driveway and leaving a 4' high stump..I,w c�c'vuv�ci
2) Removal of the two trees towards the creek to allow for slope grading due to the
higher elevation of the creek crossing in return the City will plant two oak trees in
the same area upon completion.
3) The City will widen the new paved driveway to allow for a full 24' in width as
this property is zoned commercial. During the course of construction if plans
should change please let us know as soon as possible.
