401 Sandy Knoll – cleanout stack is not straight
578 Shadowcrest Ln – cleanout stack is not straight
574 Shadowcrest Ln – cleanout stack is not straight
562 Shadowcrest Ln – cleanout stack is not straight
546 Shadowcrest – cleanout stack is not straight; there is a wooden object between the green pipe and
cleanout assembly. It was put there to hold the cleanout in place. I would like it dug up and fixed
correctly.
538 Shadowcrest Ln – cleanout stack is not assembled correctly. It has a wooden wedge between green
pipe and cleanout assembly. If the cleanout stack is not vertical I would like it dug up and corrected along
with the repair of the cleanout assembly.
530 Shadowcrest Ln – Cleanout assembly is broken; I would like it replaced.
526 Shadowcrest Ln – Cleanout stack is not straight. If possible I would like it fixed and put into a
vertical position.
510 Shadowcrest Ln – cleanout assembly has 2 pieces of rebar holding it in place. It is wedged between
green pipe and cleanout assembly. I would like it repaired correctly.
444 Shadowcrest Ln – cleanout stack is sideways and needs to be straightened up to a more vertical
position.
405 Shadowcrest Ln – entire cleanout assembly needs to be moved to a vertical position.
409 Shadowcrest Ln – entire cleanout assembly needs to be properly repaired; has rebar holding it
together. The rebar is wedged between the green pipe and cleanout assembly.
433 Shadowcrest Ln – want the cleanout assembly repaired correctly. It has a piece of rebar holding it
together. The rebar is wedged between the green pipe and cleanout assembly.
441 Shadowcrest Ln – cleanout assembly is not assembled correctly. I want it dug up and the necessary
repairs made. If the cleanout stack is not in a vertical position have it fixed.
The contractor is going to have the rain pais and chimney seals in by Monday, 2/23/15. We will need to
verify this has been completed on Monday.
The connection at 458 Sandy Knoll needs to be repaired. The gap between the green pipe and white pipe
is too large and the pipes do not line up. It could cause backups.
I would like you to go check all of the cleanouts again and verify this for me. If they are not vertical they
will need to be repaired with the cleanout issues fixed at that time.
