1. Existing MH needs chimney
seal, rain pan, curb markings, paint on curb markings and lid.
2. STA 0+85.75 SS MH lid needs paint
3. STA 16+80.1 FH needs to be turned. Pumper nozzle towards fire lane.
4. STA
6+89.9 FH needs to be turned. Pumper nozzle towards fire lane.
5. STA 4+94 SS MH remove excess chimney seal below bottom ring.
6. STA 0+00 MH (Freeport side bldg c) remove excess
chimney seal below bottom ring. Mark and paint MH on Freeport curb.
7. All existing FH needs paint and work valve to closed position. FH valve will not close fully.

Locate, raise, paint, mark on curb existing MLV on Freeport at Gateway east side of road.
9. Irrigation meter needs mark on curb with paint.
10. Dom meter needs mark
on curb with paint.
11. Bldg A dom meter needs to swap meter and spool piece.
12. Need to locate, raise, paint, mark on curb 3 MLVs on corner of Freeport and Southwestern.
13.
Repair all leaking gaskets on all existing FH.
