PaRway Blvd. Coppell, Texas 75019 Dear Mike: We have reviewed comments from the City of Coppell Engineering Depa~ment dated July 7,2000 regarding Deforest Coua. We have addressed the comments as follows: 1. A sto~ sewer pipe has been added to drain the valley storage pond. (Sheet STM-1) 2. Details have been added for the proposed landscape walls and the wall for the proposed valley storage pond. (Sheet G-l) 3. FHA grading notes have been added to the Grading Plan. (Sheet G-l) 4. Deforest Coua Road has been raised to the 100 year fl~plain elevation (452) at its lowest point. (Sheet 6-1 & P-l) 5. All sidewalks and ADA ramps to be built with the subdivision am shown. (Sheet P-l) 6. Notes have been added to instruct the contractor to prepare 6-inches of lime stabilized subgmde (Sheet P-~) 7. Other various comments on Sheet P-1 have been addressed. 8. Store water exiting the proposed 24-inch RCP will travel in an existing ditch to a proposed ~e inlet that will be constructed with the Windsor Estates Development. 9. Notes on Sheet STM-1 have been clarified. 10. Requested valves have been added to all fire hydrants and connections. (Sheet WS-1) 11. One semice line and one meter will be provided to each lot. (Sheet WS-1) 12. A 2-inch blow-off valve has been added to the dead end waterline. (Sheet WS-1) 13. Sanita~ sewer semice to proposed lots has been offset as ~quested. (Sheet WS-1) 14. Water meters in the cul-de-sac ama have been moved to areas near the lot line to allow for flexibility in placement of the futura driveways. (Sheet WS-1) 15. All sto~ sewer lines are now profiled (Sheet PRF-1) 16. Erosion protection for line A has been added and cover for line A has been increased. (Sheet PRF-1) 17.
