Halff Associates, Inc. 8616 Northwest Plaza Drive Dallas, Texas 75225 RE: Deforest Court Dear Mr. Chovan: The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. Provide the normal pool elevation for proposed valley storage pond on sheet G-1 and Section A-A detail 2. Provide detail showing FHA grading Types A, B and C. 3. Need to make sure that property east and west of this development will drain adjacent to proposed retaining walls. 4. Concrete Rip Rap should be provided for the out fall of Storm Sewer Line B. 5. It appears that Storm Sewer Line A is proposed to be in conflict with existing 8" water line. Need to verify. Provide cross section showing location of both utilities. 6. The proposed fire hydrant valve at Station 6+75 should be located next to the main. 7. Provide driveway details for the lots in the cul-de-sac so that the location of water meters will not conflict with future driveways. 8. On the utility profile sheet you are showing a profile for Line C but Line C does not show up on the plan sheet. 9. Is the existing ditch along the north side of Deforest, east of this development capable of handling the existing and increased drainage mn-off? If not, what will you propose to handle the drainage? There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. When all comments have been addressed, please return these marked plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for review.
