The normal pool elevation for the valley storage facility has been added. The pond is dry under normal conditions. 3' FHA Grading Details for lots have been added. · Existing drainage swales for adjacent properties have been shown. Sheet P-1 2 ' The typical section for Coppell right-of-way has been added. · The proposed Deforest Road has been added to the profile. Sheet STM-1 L~. Line B has been revised. The storm sewer will now connect to a 24" stub that will be ,/' constructed with the Windsor Estates Development. Therefore, rip-rap is not needed. 2. The future hike & bike trail is now shown. ',/3. The normal pool elevation for the valley storage facility has been added· Sheet WS-1 31A detail for proposed driveway locations has been added. The fire hydrant valve at station 6 + 75 has been moved. A note has been added instructing the contractor to adjust the proposed waterline near the storm sewer as necessary. 4. 1" meters and 1" domestic lines are being used. These were used for the Windsor Estates Development.
