We have reviewed your comments dated August 11,2000. We have address those comments as
follows:
Sheet G-1
V1. The normal pool elevation for the valley storage facility has been added. The pond is dry under
normal conditions.
3' FHA Grading Details for lots have been added.
· Existing drainage swales for adjacent properties have been shown.
Sheet P-1
2 ' The typical section for Coppell right-of-way has been added.
· The proposed Deforest Road has been added to the profile.
Sheet STM-1
L~. Line B has been revised. The storm sewer will now connect to a 24" stub that will be
,/' constructed with the Windsor Estates Development. Therefore, rip-rap is not needed.
2. The future hike & bike trail is now shown.

31A detail for proposed driveway locations has been added.

Development.
