Gentlemen,
We have noticed that the property just west of Coppell Greens on 121 is being cleared and graded. We have not been
contacted. We also noticed that no silt fence has been put up.

Can you tell me if a grading permit was approved? It looks like CapStone is trying to sell the parcels, so I imagine no
plans have been submitted.
