Hope this exhibit will help you. I plotted this in 30 scale. Yes this 2 driveways are different width. Base on KHA plan the
first one is connecting to existing drive and the 2 one is per city of irving comment. They want 30’ drive with 20 radius..

Please see that attachment exhibit, we shift our drive to match Kimley Horn plan. There are couple driveway approach
in south bound of Chartwell Drive in KHA’s contract. KHA intend to match the first drive and will have another drive
space about 148 L.F.. Please review and comment the drive location. So we can move forward.
