To All,
I am coordinate with the development to the north on the driveway locations on Chartwell Drive in City of
Coppell. Unfortunately, the drive location to our site is fixed. Access Easement by this plat will be in the city of irving
P&Z Approval tonight. I am email the DWG file for the coordination. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any
concerns, please feel free to call us. I had the file upload in our FTP Site. Please fellow the BBI FTP Site instructions
below and also the location of the dwg file is ftp://ftp.bbioperations.com/BC13144 (Pritchard Cypress Waters Retail
