Thank you for taking the time to discuss our project with me today. We
are needing to install 2 traffic signal poles on the west side of Belt
Line within the public ROW which is adjacent to the 1421 S. Belt Line
Office Facility. As requested I have attached a photo of the exposed
utility lines and your irrigation line (it is the white pipe next to the
curb). We are going to try and avoid the irrigation line, but if we
cannot then the Contractor will put in 90 degree bends in the irrigation
line to bend around our structure. I also attached an exhibit that
shows the traffic signal poles and the utility lines for your reference.
