I spoke with Rhonda Thompson with RREEF (the owner rep for 1421 S. Belt
Line Road) and she directed me to the Operations Manager who is Jimmy
Bright with Transwestern. I spoke with Jimmy and he said that the
irrigation line was theirs and requested that I send a photo of the
exposed line to him with a recommendation of what we want to do to
re-route that line around our structures. I will send that out to him
shortly.
He also said that he had no clue who those direct bury fiber optic
lines belong to especially if they are out in the ROW. He mentioned
that due to the franchise companies changing time to time and the
de-regulation process, that several different tenants may have went out
and found their own select provider which would be very hard to track
down. There’s also mentioned that there is a chance that they are not
even tied to a box if nobody is claiming it but we don’t know that.
