NL Cypress-CS120321George- Please see the attached revised exhibit for the traffic signal pole foundations. We made some tweaks in the details to match the plan view and keeping the pole foundations above ground 2.5’ away from the face of curb and at least 2’ away from the water main and sanitary sewer main. It’s my understanding that you want to try and avoid the block foundations and put in a pier foundation as originally designed on the west side, but we would have to move the pole closer towards the street (i.e. closer than 2.5’). Even if we did move the pole, I would still want to allow for an error of a few inches in the franchise utilities as they were spot shot in several areas and we drew them in as best we could. I recommend staying with the block foundation in order to keep the pole further away from the street and allowing us to sleeve the utilities through the block. Please let me know your thoughts tomorrow morning if at all possible. I called the owner’s representative for the office facility west of the Belt Line and left a message. I will keep trying. Thanks!
