I went over your report and offer the following information:
Your first comment regarding signage for Van Accessible parking is
covered on sheet SI-1 (sequence 20 of 63) of the approved plan set.
This sheet indicates that all 3 accessible parking spaces are to have a
sign indicating they are accessible parking spots, and each sign will
also indicate van accessibility.
Your second comment regarding slope and cross slope are covered by
General Note 17 on sheet GN-1 (sequence 2 of 63). Furthermore, the
cross slope of the parking spaces is a function of the slope of the
roadway which in this area is less than 1% with exception of the most
southern end of Coppell Road. The cross slope where the accessible
aisles are located is less than 1%. The parking spaces were designed
with slopes between 1% and 2% as shown (but not specifically labelled)
on sheet XS-9 (sequence 57 of 63).
