Take a look at the attached. You can shift the 16x8 tee to the south
along and shift the 45 on the 8 at the same time. I think this is
cleaner and removes 1-45° bend on the 8.

George,
Alan Hendrix mentioned to me that you wanted us to look at the
crossing/connection to the existing 8” wl at Bethel and Benson.
I’ve attached our 90% submittal that shows us crossing Bethel with 90
degree bends. During our review meeting it was requested that we cross
Bethel at 45 degrees in order to minimize the 90 degree angles.
I’ve also attached the 100% submittal where we crossed Bethel at 45
degrees. This alignment was designed to provide 9’ of separation
between the existing ssmh and the proposed 16” wl as shown on the
attached which ended up adding additional fittings.
If you have time later today, I would like to see what your thoughts
are on a preferred alignment.
